2. Strength Circuit (12 minutes)
Do 3 rounds:
Push-ups: 12
Bodyweight squats: 15
Plank: 30 seconds
Reverse snow angels: 12
(These correct gamer posture)
Rest 30 seconds between rounds.
3. Flexibility + Posture (3 minutes)
- Doorway chest stretch
- Upper back stretch
- Wrist extension
Your wrists and back will thank you.
4. Mental Cooldown (3 minutes)
Sit still.
Breathe.
Reset your nervous system.
