To access certain features — including our paid community tiers and coaching programs — you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Community members are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any user from the community for conduct that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise violates these terms — without refund of subscription fees for the remaining period.

CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on spiritedgamer.com — including articles, graphics, logos, videos, audio, design elements, and the Spirited Gamer name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Spirited Gamer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Share links to our content on social media or other websites
• Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute full articles or substantial portions
• Use our branding, logo, or name without written permission

PAID SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Spirited Gamer offers paid community membership tiers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee on the billing cycle you select
• Provide accurate payment information
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Refund policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed any exclusive content or live sessions. After that, no refunds are provided for the current billing period. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at hello@spiritedgamer.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

ADVERTISING & AFFILIATES

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

For international users: by using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
